The Porsche 914 is a roadster from the 1970s, manufactured jointly by Porsche and Volkswagen. This prototype sports car was designed to be light and perfectly balanced. 

Excluding the competition versions, it’s undoubtedly the most prestigious model of the 914 series. With its six-cylinder rear mid-engine inherited from the 911 T, the 914 is almost as performant as its elder sister, as it’s much lighter (940 kg) and more efficient.

In the United States, the 914 was voted the “Import Car of the Year” in 1970. The 914-6 is an even rarer version, with only 3,338 produced between 1969 and 1972. It also boasts multiple motorsport victories.
